Free Phone Support with Every CompanionLink Software License Announced

CompanionLink Software, a provider of data synchronization solutions for mobile phones and CRM software, announced that it provides several support options for their line of CRM-to-mobile sync software and provides free phone support with every license.

According to a press release, the CompanionLink facilitates for two-way sync between Android (News - Alert)-based phones, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, RIM BlackBerry, or Windows Phone 7 and CRM software such as Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Sage ACT!, Palm Desktop, Novell (News - Alert) GroupWise, Salesforce CRM, and Highrise.

With the help of CRM-to-mobile sync software, CompanionLink is able to mobilize information across devices, computers, applications, and web-based services.

Some of the benefits delivered by every copy of CompanionLink include access to the company’s online Support Center; free email and phone support; free updates; one-time license fee; and one license per user.

In addition, CompanionLink also provides several paid support options such as RunStart and Premium Support.

According to CompanionLink, RunStart is a complete setup solution for Outlook, ACT!, and Palm Desktop users. Available for a one-time fee of $49, the solution can be securely set-up by a technician.

In addition, users of RunStart can leverage the Premium Support facility that provides five secure login sessions, wherein a CompanionLink technician troubleshoots any software issues. These customers can also use their first secure login session for the RunStart setup service, thereby adding to the overall value of the package. This support is available for $129.

Recently, TMCnet reported that CompanionLink Software launched the latest version of DoubleLook Enterprise, a server-side synchronization tool designed for companies that need to sync CRM data with smartphones and tablet devices for multiple users.

In related news, TMCnet also reported that CompanionLink syncs PC data with Verizon iPhone via WiFi (News - Alert). With the help of company’s software, customers can directly sync their calendar, contacts, tasks, notes and color-coded categories with the iPhone and a range of CRM suites such as IBM Lotus Notes, Sage ACT!, Palm Desktop, Novell GroupWise, Salesforce CRM and Highrise; in a secure manner.

In addition, CompanionLink Software also announced two-way synchronization and backup of contacts, calendar, tasks and memos between major CRM databases and the new Motorola DROID X2 on Verizon (News - Alert).
