Conversion Manager Now Available from SeeWhy
SeeWhy,
an Andover, Mass.-based website conversion company, has announced the launch of the Conversion Manager. This automated Web analytics service is designed to allow publishers and eCommerce companies to optimize website conversion rates through real-time remarketing campaigns.
According to a TechCrunch post, the solution is reportedly able to recover as much as 50 percent of website abandoners - those individuals who start, but never complete a sign-up or payment process. This reduction can be achieved by triggering automated campaigns using email and social media.
Industry studies have shown that real-time follow up with website abandoners is key to driving results. Research from MIT (News - Alert) found that 90 percent of eCommerce leads go cold within the first hour. And, according to SeeWhy CEO Scott G. Silk, leads eCommerce leads do not get better with age.
The new product from SeeWhy builds on the functionalities of its predecessor, Abandonment Tracker Pro. Conversion Manager now offers support for Facebook (News - Alert), Twitter and MySpace in order to track individual visitors' behavior on eCommerce and other websites.
As a result, SeeWhy can trigger automated, real-time messages to shopping cart, online form and other abandoners by e-mail and social media at the exact moment the abandoner leaves the site. Such benefits can be had in the Conversion Manager for an annual fee of $15,000.
In other SeeWhy news, the company announced that it has joined Demandware LINK to provide retailers with free, pre-built integration to real-time shopping cart recovery service. As a member of Demandware LINK, SeeWhy has developed a pre-built and approved integration to the Demandware eCommerce Platform, dramatically simplifying the implementation process for its Conversion Manager in a Demandware environment.
