Lattice Declares First European Trial of Call Management System
Lattice Inc. is a provider of advanced technological solutions for vital government agencies and enterprise customers. Recently, it announced the first European trial of its proprietary.
"We are preparing a trial of our call management system in a prison in England currently managed by a private jail company," said Paul Burgess, CEO of Lattice Inc. "The purpose of the trial is to see how our system and services perform versus currently installed systems from an incumbent telecommunications provider. If we can demonstrate a significant improvement in service, our solution will be phased in."
"This is another step forward in transforming our communications group business model to a services-based model that will provide a consistent recurring revenue stream. We already have reported 11 sites in the U.S. under contract generating approximately $1 million in annualized revenue and we expect to announce additional sites shortly," Burgess added.
Company officials said the trials we are currently setting up with European partners, including this one, will be cost neutral for the company.
"This gives us the opportunity to evaluate these markets without making a significant upfront investment," Burgess said, adding that an important issue is the proprietary technology the company is using is not available in Europe. "So when we were approached to go over there in a partnership, the new technology enabled us to set the stage to open brand new markets," Burgess added.
Reliable and secure advanced information and communications technology solutions are provided by Lattice Incorporated to the government and commercial markets. The technology products division of Lattice is comprised of multiple core proprietary platforms which is used to build up customized software applications with military grade security in various markets.
The company is an expert in protecting web services with military grade technology. This allows more powerful IP-based communications in the defense, intelligence and homeland security agencies. Also, the Lattice is working with Microsoft on a case study of the benefits of using its proprietary platforms to develop applications in a .NET (News - Alert) environment.
