CosmoCall Universe Powers VanillaIP's Hosted Call Center Services

Dadds added that with the addition of the multimedia IP contact center platform, CosmoCall Universe, re-sellers will now be able to offer their clients inbound and outbound call center services, including 'predictive dialing on demand.'

Mike Adolphy, Regional Director for the United Kingdom and Ireland at CosmoCom, explained at length that VanillaIP was a well established and proven Service Provider, which understood the hosted space within the United Kingdom, and added that the partnership with CosmoCom would broaden the Unified communications offering to its customers and partners.

VanillaIP is expected to showcase its hosted contact center solutions in booth 516 at Channel Expo 2010 at the National Hall, Olympia, London from May 12-13 2010.
