IMM Expands Quality Assurance Team by 30 Percent

March 18, 2010

Integrated Media Management, a provider of document output management and automation technology, has reportedly strengthened its quality assurance department in order to meet the compatibility guidelines of third party software.

An organization’s quality assurance team plays an important role in checking the compatibility of new software releases and products with the latest operating and core host systems. Considering this fact, IMM expanded its team by more than 30 percent, according to a press release.

“Expansion of the quality assurance department ensures that software upgrades, product expansions and new offerings will run out of the box,” said, Chuck Klein, CEO at IMM. “IMM continuously invests in its products to take advantage of the latest technology, as well as the current needs of our customers, and that requires a dedicated development team and quality assurance department to make sure it works the first time.”

Klein added, “Expanding our quality assurance department is a natural progression to ensure that our products are compliant with third party operating applications and government regulation. We have always been committed to investing in our technology and this is a part of that effort.”

According to Linden, N.J-based Integrated Media Management (IMM), the company enhances client’s productivity by automating the process between host system and document storage. It offers a suite of products, called as ‘TotaleWorks’, which electronically streamlines what has historically been paper-based process between the core processor and document storage system.

Consequently, these software products not only enhances member service, but also increases productivity, eliminates paper and increases efficiency throughout the organization.

As part of this latest announcement, the company also announced key enhancements to its receipt automation solution, TotaleReceipts. The TotaleReceipts can automate the output of teller transaction receipts such as electronic signature capture and delivery of information in a 128-bit encrypted PDF format. With enhancements, TotaleReceipts can processes more quickly and is ideal for financial institutions to install and maintain accuracy.

In addition, the company also offers a document presentment application, SECURITeNROLLMENT, which encompasses electronic signature, picture, and government ID capture options - all of which are embedded in the form and stored as a non-editable and indexed PDF.
