PC Management, a wireless operator and a mobile and convergence applications services provider, has reportedly selected Interop Technologies for its turnkey Short Message Service Center “SMSC” 4.0 and SCOPE Device Management solutions including support services.

 

According to officials with PC Management, they selected the Interop (News - Alert) SMSC 4.0 solution to offer advanced messaging services and generate additional revenue and the SCOPE solution to avail convenient, subscriber-focused technology to manage customer devices on its networks.

 

The solutions will be deployed it in first quarter of this year.

 

Subscriber Capability Originated Provisioning Environment, also known as “SCOPE” is an ideal solution to improve customer satisfaction by automatically identifying device problems and enabling a “One-Click Fix.”

 

This new deployment will also enhance PC Management’s current offerings, which include Interop’s Common Short Code “CSC” Gateway (News - Alert) and will also allow dynamic updates of short codes through auto-provisioning, reducing the amount of time needed to initiate campaigns.
