InSo International Partners with On-Line Technologies and X-Caliber Solutions

InSo International Call Center, a Los Angeles-based provider of technical and customer service support, has expanded the value as well as the range of its products and services portfolio by partnering with On-Line Technologies and X-Caliber Solutions.
According to officials with InSo, the strategic partnership with On-Line Technologies, which was made in June 2009, has facilitated the company to enhance its customer relationship management services.
On-Line Technologies is an ecommerce software company. Its customer relationship management software, which has the capability to handle recurring orders, trial orders, membership programs, fulfillment and order management, helped InSo to enhance its CRM services.
X-Caliber Solutions, which partnered with InSo in October 2009, provided InSo with turnkey solutions, which will help the clients in setting up a business. The X-Caliber Solutions help in managing all facets of a new business, such as business registration, software set up, vendor management, product manufacture, design and system as well as call center set up.
Apart from CRM services, InSo International also provides sales and order taking, technical and customer support services, generating sales and average ticket. Its customers are from a range of industries, such as medical, fitness, electronics, online retail, home-based business, Internet and travel.
InSo International’s offers a range of performance-based services through its newly launched Recession Buster Program. This value-added program is designed to increase the customer base and ROI of the client, with the least risk. The program helps the company’s clients to pay only for the businesses brought by the company, rather than for the hours spent on every account..
According to InSo, the company’s turnaround statistics stand at $60,000 and $43,000 a month per client through outbound telemarketing and inbound order taking, respectively.
