Handmark, Noel Group Partner to Launch MyAssist

Handmark has partnered with The Noel Group to launch MyAssist, a live personal assistance service available as a mobile application for BlackBerry (News - Alert) smartphone and iPhone customers.
 
The MyAssist mobile application allows users to quickly and easily call or email their requests at any time, from anywhere in the world. It is immediately available for BlackBerry smartphone customers to download. For iPhone (News - Alert) users, the application will soon be available in the Apple App Store.
 
MyAssist is also available to use from any other phone by calling 1-877-MyAssist.
 
According to Evan Conway, executive vice president of Marketing for Handmark (News - Alert), MyAssist is a one-of-a-kind service at an unbelievable price. MyAssist is ideal for busy professionals, frequent travelers and parents and is the only personal assistance service in the world to provide unlimited, 24/7 access to live US-based assistants for less than $10 per month.
 
The personal assistants will help with requests like on-demand personalized research, travel information and research, event information and ticketing, concierge services, emergency and medical assistance, and more.
 
The MyAssist personal assistants will respond to all requests out of the Noel Group's US-based contact center. Assistants are trained experts in travel and reservation services, online research, emergency services and medical assistance.
