Cheetah Software Systems Intros Customer Visibility System

Cheetah Software Systems Inc. has reportedly introduced its Customer Visibility System. This new system is an enhancement to the Cheetah solution and is designed to offer a powerful competitive advantage to delivery and LTL carriers.

To be competitive today, carriers must be able to provide accurate, relevant, real-time order status information for customers that can be quickly and easily accessed. With Cheetah Customer Visibility, this information is provided by integrating seamlessly in the Cheetah Freight and Cheetah Delivery solutions to provide end-customers with the ability to easily and immediately determine order status, driver location, ETAs and more.  

Both carriers and their customers can benefit from real-time visibility into other information. Carriers are able to benefit from gaining the ability to provide automated, easy access to real-time information. This reduces customer service inquiries and enhances customer satisfaction.

At the same time, end-customers benefit from the ability to access information immediately to save time and effort in making calls and waiting for e-mail responses. All of this is done without installing additional software.

“Cheetah's Customer Visibility system provides our carrier customers with the ability to offer their customers unparalleled visibility into order status,” said Cheetah's Vice President, Stephan Karczag, in a statement. “Live ETAs with real-time visibility of delivery vehicle location is not unlike the ability to track an aircraft flying across country--you can see where it is and when it will get to its destination, all in real time.”

Cheetah Customer Visibility is immediately available to all current and new Cheetah Freight and Cheetah Delivery customers. The solution is designed to be secure and customer-specific. In addition, it requires no additional cost of infrastructure.  

“Our customers are offering Cheetah Customer Visibility as the differentiator they need to entice current customers to do more business and attract new customers alike,” Karczag said. “Even better, it offers real value-added service with a lower cost of operations.”

Companies will invest in a number of different solutions if they will help to improve customer visibility. After all, this economy does not leave room for poor customer service and understanding at all time what is going on with your base will go a long way toward securing customer loyalty.

Not all solutions will perform as promised and carriers have to demand certain expectations from their vendors. Cheetah Software Systems is promising a lot – whether or not they deliver on such promises will dictate their ultimate success.
