Arc Solutions Releases Arc Enterprise Premium Version 5.1

Software development company Arc Solutions has just released the new enhanced version, 5.1 of its Arc Enterprise Premium operator centre software.
 
Arc Enterprise Premium is designed to offer a professional attendant operator console interface, exclusively for use with the Cisco (News - Alert) Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) platform. The solution is said to allow organizations to improve call answer speed, reduce call wait time and improve the caller experience.
 
The new version of Arc Enterprise Premium includes a brand new user interface with new feature icons. These added features, as noted by the company official, have positioned the company’s software offerings well in operator centre for Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert).
 
"Voice continues to be a key part of an organization’s unified communications strategy. Answering incoming voice calls in an efficient and professional way is absolutely vital." said Alex Black (News - Alert), chief technology officer at Arc Solutions.
 
"Arc continues to lead the way in professional call handling solutions for Cisco Unified Communications, with this latest release being packed with even more features and functionality designed to improve person to person communication within the enterprise," added Black.
 
Moreover, the new version also includes scalable text and icons and also supports the E164 numbering standard, creating an even more powerful directory which can scale more easily and share data with other applications. This ensures that any unified communications infrastructure is underpinned with accurate contact records.
 
Added to this, Arc official also clarified that Arc Click-2-dial will now be available for operators to transfer calls directly to any number that appears in any desktop application, thereby offering instant integration into business applications without any additional software.
 
Arc also announced that it has increased language localization for the operator console to 15 languages, including Russian, Arabic and Chinese.
 
Arc is a unit of the Mettoni group of companies, and is a Cisco Technology Developer and OEM Partner, providing a huge range of fully certified applications through a network of Cisco Business Partners. The company’s solutions include call handling and communications management tools and offers a complete service to its customers and business partners, including implementation and project management and other integration services.
