Mindover Software Introduces Rewards Program

July 02, 2009
Mindover Software, a provider of CRM, ERP and accounting software solutions, is rewarding loyal customers for new business referrals.

The company recently launched a new Customer Referral Program under which customers who make referrals that lead to new business relationships receive up to five hours of free consulting, or a $250 Visa gift card, the company said. The program targets Texas companies with annual revenue between $5 million and $75 million, and between 10 and 500 employees.

Mindover is seeking companies that are looking for new CRM, ERP or accounting software, have experienced frequent errors on shipments of goods or inventory, used antiquated ERP software requiring multiple data entry of the same or similar data or have complained about business software. In addition, Mindover is on the lookout for organizations that have experienced frequent billing errors requiring credit memos or had slow invoicing or invoice collections due to outdate accounting software.
The initiative builds off of Mindover Software's long-time relationships with loyal customers, the company said.

"Customers have always been a great source of new CRM, ERP and accounting software sales for Mindover Software," Lloyd Smith, the company's president, said in a statement. "The Customer Referral Program is simply a way for us to show our appreciation for any company referrals that result in new sales of business software like Sage Accpac ERP, MAS 500 or SageCRM."

It’s not the first company in the communications technology space to offer a rewards program. Cisco Systems, for example, introduced its Distributor Rewards Program on RewardStream’s Lifecycle Marketing Platform.

As TMC (News - Alert).net reported, the program allows Cisco distributors to define the sale incentives and allocations for their respective sales teams. The sale incentives match the rewards allocated by the distributor for his  or her team. As a result, distributors can track ROI based on sales efforts and offer rewards to the team that was productive in selling through the company’s products.

Cisco (News - Alert) provides networking solutions which helps people connect, communicate and collaborate.

In addition, Sprint (News - Alert) launched a customer loyalty program for Sprint Nextel (News - Alert)  small- and medium-sized business customers. The Business Premier program offers rewards, added services and benefits to valued business customers.

Under it, Sprint offers Anniversary Rewards, which includes special recognition and rewards for customers on their service anniversary with Sprint; discounts on select business phones, special notification when coverage is added around the customer’s business location so that they have the best wireless experience and discounts from retailers, restaurants and hotels participating in the program.
