ISWest and Third Wave Technology Services have announced that they are collaborating to provide proactive technology solutions that create cost savings, increase productivity, and take the hassle out of technology for owners and management.

Third Wave provides technology solutions to small and medium businesses in the greater Los Angeles area. The company helps businesses design, maintain, improve, and protect core technologies allowing businesses to concentrate on the core focus.

Recently, ISWest built its second data center in Agoura Hills, which has been well accepted by partners, customers and industry critics.

ISWest officials say that this new "green" server colocation facility boasts massive amounts of redundant power, air and bandwidth with eight backbone providers under one roof.

Officials pointed out that security is also very high requiring biometric hand scanning before entering a vault door to the data center. High definition cameras watch over customers' equipment and movements within the data center, keeping 90 days of recordings and making this new facility PCI compliant.
