Natural Speech Communication (News - Alert) (NCS), an AudioCodes company, has unveiled a Multimedia Search Server (MSS) for enterprise applications.

 

The MSS enables simple searching and indexing of video clips and multimedia files for enterprise content management applications and is built on a PCI form factor and can be integrated into Enterprise Video Communications Platforms or Call Center Platforms by OEMs and System Integrators.

 

The company said the MSS, which is based on NSC's advanced speech analytics and speech recognition technologies, is specifically designed for enterprise level applications and provides a highly accurate and scalable multimedia search and indexing process.

With the help of the MSS users can search through enterprise multimedia content, including all video, audio and text, without being limited by pre-defined identifying tags.

According to the company’s officials, with NSC's Media Search Server, valuable data contained within the company's multimedia content can be located and organized for the purposes of improving internal knowledge sharing, educational and e-learning purposes, video conference calls and the efficient distribution of marketing and sales materials.
