InsideSales Announces Lead Management Suite Integration at Dreamforce

InsideSales.com, a vendor of hosted dialer and lead response management products, has announced the production release of its Lead Management suite integrated into the Salesforce.com (News - Alert) CRM platform.
The newly-unveiled Lead Management Suite is comprised of PowerDialer, JabberDog and ResponsePop for Salesforce.com. Each of these components “helps inside sales representatives call, contact, qualify and sell more at far less cost,” according to InsideSales officials.
Mark Pardy, Market Analyst with Dun & Bradstreet (News - Alert), said the InsideSales.com suite “allows us to increase the number of leads a single rep can effectively manage.”
At the end of July TMC’s Shamila Janakiraman reported that InsideSales.com announced that Omniture (News - Alert), a Web analytics company, beta tested PowerDialer for Salesforce.com.
The PowerDialer “employs a simple interface for the provision of fully integrated marketing software toolsets for lead management, outbound/inbound dialing, voice messaging, e-mail, fax, monitoring, recording, and call management reporting capabilities from within the Salesforce.com interface,” she reported.
InsideSales officials said PowerDialer “will be preferred over simple ‘click-to-call’ feature or predictive dialers for telemarketers,” as the hosted power dialer is designed “especially for increasing productivity by 200 percent to 300 percent. The click-to-call is convenient but does not improve productivity dramatically.”
The predictive dialer is a powerful tool for simple B2C applications, Janakiraman wrote, “but is not favored as much by FCC (News - Alert) legislation due to public objection as it was not suitable for professional salespeople selling from remote locations.”
“Dreamforce is unequaled in its representation of the top SaaS (News - Alert) and Cloud Computing technologies worldwide,” said Dave Elkington, InsideSales.com’s CEO and Chairman, adding that in his opinion, the “response and lines at our booth at Dreamforce indicate a groundswell of need in the area of technologies facilitating remote selling.”
InsideSales.com is a telephony-based lead management vendor with dialer technology who has produced research papers in conjunction with Kellogg and MIT on the impact of immediate response to Web leads. Its newest product, PowerDialer for Salesforce.com, integrates its flagship power dialer product directly using the Salesforce API.
