Harland Financial Solutions Intros TouchA CRM

Harland Financial Solutions has released its next generation customer relationship management (CRM) solution, called TouchA CRM.
 
Featuring a contemporary architecture with business intelligence (BI) integration, TouchA CRM succeeds its predecessor TouchA sales & service as the company’s CRM offering.
 
This latest offering is integrated with the company’s TouchA Analyzer and TouchA messenger solutions and combines standard CRM functionality with BI features and enterprise-wide messaging.
 
Along with sales, service and contact management capabilities, TouchA CRM also accesses data from within TouchA Analyzer to build household value segmentation.
 
Company officials said that this proprietary segmentation differentiates TouchA CRM from other offerings, which aids financial institution staff members with strategies for servicing and cross-selling consumers.
 
“TouchA CRM is the perfect complement to our CRM solution strategy,” said Scott Hansen, executive vice president and general manager at Harland Financial Solutions Integrated Solutions (News - Alert) group, in a statement.
 
He said that its heavy emphasis on actionable business intelligence is the next logical step on the road to unlocking business intelligence from the back office and pushing it out to front-line staff members.
 
“There, it can be used real-time to help our clients better serve their customers and improve profitability through needs-based cross-selling,” added Hansen.
 
With its interface to TouchA Analyzer, TouchA CRM offers a complete view of customer relationships by providing consumer and household-level balance and relationship information.
 
TouchA Analyzer compiles the information from any in-house or third-party system a financial institution may be utilizing. Moreover, Super Householding from TouchA Analyzer enables institutions to combine retail and business relationships into a single view for a comprehensive relationship analysis.
 
Earlier this week, the company also announced that its CreditQuest solution has been experiencing strong sales growth both in the U.S. and internationally, with more than 75 current clients and a growth rate of over three hundred percent in one year.
