PeopleAnswers Announces Software Licensing Agreement with The Cheesecake Factory Inc.
In an organization, hiring most qualified candidates while saving significant time for managers is a key factor for Human Resource (HR) personnel. In an effort to improve quality of hires and take the guesswork out of consistent talent selection, The Cheesecake Factory has deployed PeopleAnswers’ HR solution for pre-employment selection.
The Cheesecake Factory Inc. operates 164 full-service casual dining restaurants throughout the U.S., including 150 restaurants under The Cheesecake Factory mark; 13 restaurants under the Grand Lux Cafe mark; and one restaurant under the RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen mark.
According to a press release, PeopleAnswers signed a new software licensing agreement with The Cheesecake Factory Inc. Under the terms of this agreement, The Cheesecake Factory could deploy PeopleAnswers’ HR solution in its 164 restaurants.
The software solution is facilitating The Cheesecake Factory to pre-screen and select staffs who will help maintain the organization’s quality brand.
"Each Cheesecake Factory team member represents our brand, so the quality of hire is critical to our recruiting process and company growth," said Claire Prager, director of Talent Selection at The Cheesecake Factory Inc., in a statement. "PeopleAnswers proved its benefits during a recent restaurant opening with a short and very productive opening process. The technology enables us to use a methodical -- but customizable -- approach to hire the most qualified candidates while saving significant time for our managers."
With the help of its HR software solution, PeopleAnswers provides its clients with next-generation, web-based hiring assessments. These assessments facilitate in maximizing the quality of every hire, improve employee retention and streamline the pre-employment screening process for the company’s clients.
According to PeopleAnswers, its pre-employment assessment solution is designed to reduce employee turnover and improve employee performance by duplicating the attributes of an organization's strongest performers.

In aggregate, these features ensure a more streamlined recruiting process and enable evidence-based human resources.
