Adara Venture Partners Selects Navatar Private Equity Cloud

Madrid based private equity firm Adara Venture Partners has selected Navatar Private Equity Cloud to manage its fundraising, deal flow, portfolio and capital calls and distributions.

In addition to providing out-of-the-box functionality, Navatar (News - Alert) Private Equity also provides workflows essential for private equity firms. Available for a low monthly fee, it runs entirely in salesforce.com's cloud.

Company officials said that its flexible reporting engine can be easily used by non-technical staff to generate reports. And, Private Equity firms do not have to spend any money on professional services. Also, Navatar Group provides all implementation services, accounts/contacts migration, training, maintenance and support free of charge.

With Navatar Private Equity, firms can manage fund lifecycle; identify potential investors for a fund; track investor commitments; manage commitment transfers; manage co-investments; track side letters and limited partner agreements.

In addition with the help of Navatar’s service, firms can identify correspondence for each fund; track deal flow / deals in the pipeline; manage capital calls and distributions; track portfolio company performance; manage fund of funds portfolio; and more.
