Call Center Services: Convergys Smart Communications Suite Selected by TOT Thailand
Microsoft (News
- Alert) powered Convergys Smart Communications Suite has been selected by TOT Thailand. The national telecommunications provider of Thailand will be replacing its current billing and CRM system in order to increase operational efficiencies. The telecommunication provider also aims to improve customer satisfaction with the Convergys (News
- Alert) Smart Communications Suite.
TOT Thailand had separate billing systems for its wireline and wireless services. The telecom provider was therefore unable to launch bundled offers. The telecom provider was also unable to print a single bill for subscribers of the two services and collections were inhibited due to the divergent systems. The bottom line was also impacted due to the double maintenance incurred.
An affordable, pre-integrated, preconfigured, and fully convergent platform is now offered to TOT Thailand. New and exciting consumer services can be therefore deployed and launched by the provider rapidly. Increased revenue assurance will be also provided with the system’s real-time charging capabilities.
In a release, Bob Lento, president of information management at Convergys said, “After surveying the billing and CRM landscape, TOT Thailand chose the solution created expressly by industry leaders Microsoft and Convergys to welcome a new era of affordable innovation and customer-centricity.”
Lento added that TOT Thailand will benefit with Convergys Smart Communications Suite. The provider will be able to launch new services faster and also provide superior customer service experiences. The provider will be able to create or enhance business growth plans cost-effectively.
Convergent services are supported by Convergys Smart BSS Solutions. Real-time marketing innovation is also leveraged by these solutions. With reduced operational costs and minimized risks, clients can generate revenue by focusing on building valuable relationships with their customers.
