Inktel Contact Center Solutions, a leading call center outsourcing company, has opened a brand new state-of-the-art call center branch in Doral, Florida.
The new center is centrally located at 8200 NW 33rd Street, minutes from Miami International Airport and downtown Miami. It joins several Fortune 500 companies that call Doral their home.

Design firm ADD Inc., alongside Executive Construction Group, built Inktel's 4th location from the ground up, transforming an area of over 17,000 square feet into a modern call center floor and executive office building.
The new location adds 200 seats, on top of the seats in its Miami Lakes, Tamarac, and Chicago facilities. With the new capacity for more daily calls, Luis Gonzalez, Inktel's Senior VP of Contact Center Operations, looks forward to the expansion.
